Brandon P. Reines, DVM — Chief of Staff
Dr. Brandon P. Reines, our Chief of Staff, grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and was allergic to cats and dogs. After two years of allergy shots, he took his love of animals to the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he majored in Zoology as a preveterinary student. Dr. Reines earned his DVM degree from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. After practicing for several years, he won a postdoctoral fellowship in Immunology at the U.S. National Institutes of Health. In 2009, Dr. Reines trained for a full year in Stem Cell Biology at the University of Pittsburgh, McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine.
Sacha Snyder, VMD
Dr. Sacha Snyder grew up in Connellsville and currently resides in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. She received an undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Animal Bioscience and honors in Veterinary Science. Dr. Snyder earned her VMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the St. Francis Animal Hospital team, Dr. Snyder practiced at Pleasant Hills Pet Hospital for 12 years and 4Paws Veterinary Care for one year. Her special interests include preventative care, medicine, educating clientele on preventative care and the care of their pet(s), and finding the best treatment for their needs.
